Well, when the first swfobject came out everything was very easy and it worked fine. But the newer versions 2.1 and 2.2 are just :mad::mad::mad:

It looks like now AC_active_content works better.

I went to 20 different public computers ( all had flashplayer 10 ) and only only half of them worked. Especially IE6 and IE7 are causing trouble.

On almost all IE6 browsers I get this:

The flash pops up for a moment and then disappears.
Then vertical space it doubled.

And on "SOME" ( only some ) IE 7 browsers the flash shows up but is not active content. So it has to be clicked first. But whats really odd… The page now works everywhere if I use the old AC_Active_content file or the old swfobject….:eek:

But as I said… On some computers it work on IE6 and 7 and on others nothing works. Even with the same Browser version, same flashplayer and Java script enabled.
