Hi all
ok so I think I am getting the hang of as3 then something screws me. so this time I am trying to get the a path from stage to my object. this used to be super easy in as2, you would simply use "this". Now I have writen a two clasess. one clasess uses the other class. so its like this movie > boxClass > circleClass. now in circle class I would like to know who its parents are how do I do that? this is in part an attempt to get my class to know where it is relavent to the stage. I cant seem to get localToGlobal to work from a nested class with out knowing the path up. which my class does not know. I am hoping if I could figure that out I might be able to get localToGlobal to work .
